11/16/2006 - Ward Appointed to Pilot Task Force on Mentoring
Robert C. Ward, Jr. is among the eleven persons appointed by former Alabama State Bar president, Bobby Segall to develop a mentoring program for attorneys who have been practicing five years or less. The pilot program will consist of ten groups: Five groups will contain five "mentees" and one mentor, and five groups will contain eight "mentees" and two mentors. The mentoring groups are designed to foster relationships that provide helpful guidance on professionalism and networking within the legal profession.
