A Montgomery County jury rendered a verdict for a radiologist in Montgomery, Alabama in a case involving allegations that the radiologist misread an ultrasound causing the removal of a healthy gallbladder. The trial lasted one week. Susan James and Jeff Duffy in Montgomery, Alabama represented the plaintiff. Rushton, Stakely shareholders, Patrick M. Shegon and Frank J. Stakely, represented the defendant radiologist.
