8/19/2008 - Bo Brown Appointed to Bar Committee on Mortgage Foreclosures
Montgomery--Bowdy J. Brown of Rushton, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett, P.A. is one of six attorneys in the state to be appointed to serve on the Alabama State Bar Special Committee on Mortgage Foreclosures. The purpose of the committee is to determine the need and ability of bar members to provide pro bono legal services to persons threatened with foreclosure. Mr. Brown handles numerous foreclosure matters throughout the state.
