10/10/2007 - Newspaper Wins Access to NCAA Self-Report
Montgomery--The Alabama Supreme Court affirmed a trial court's ruling that a newspaper was entitled to see the self-report filed with the NCAA by Alabama State University. Dennis R. Bailey and Bethany L. Bolger represented The Montgomery Advertiser in the case. The Advertiser v. Joe Lee.
